At Gowerlabs, we are committed to providing outstanding research support and training. Our company was founded by researchers from University College London’s Biomedical Optics Research Laboratory. As a result, we have a wealth of experience in fNIRS applications, experimental design, and data analysis.

We provide dedicated technical support free alongside all systems, valid for the lifetime of your Gowerlabs system. This covers basic system use and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of your device, and assistance with the use of Gowerlabs software. Our expert support team of engineers and research consultants is available via email, phone or video chat.

Gowerlabs research support gives users direct access to fNIRS experts who have a wealth of experience and excellent publication track records. We will help both new and experienced fNIRS users develop the skills and expertise they need to ensure their fNIRS research programme is a success.
Users of Gowerlabs devices can purchase bundles of support time which they can use as and when required. Remote support can be used for all of your fNIRS work, including assistance with experimental design, paradigm development, data analysis and interpretation. Gowerlabs' Introduction to fNIRS virtual training course is the perfect opportunity for researchers who are new to the field of functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) or diffuse optical tomography (DOT). Designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the basics of the technology, this half-day online course covers a range of topics from physics principles to image reconstruction. Consisting of live device demonstrations and guidance written by experts in the field, as well as a Q&A session, this course is ideal for getting all members of your research group up to speed.
Sessions can be tailored to your research group’s objectives or areas of interest, ensuring that you have everything you need to unleash the potential of fNIRS.
